Creating something beautiful isn’t enough, I believe that true art is about creating connections. I create pieces that help people transform their relationship with nature, themselves and tap into their memories.Through my work, I wish to bring people in a space of mindfulness and help them find a piece of art that comes to life, both through its story and through its medium. When someone is exploring my collections, I want them to pause, reflect and remember.
Everyday when I begin my work, I do so with the intention to remind people to slow down. I see my work as a small but significant part of the healing process that takes place when we reconnect with ourselves, with nature and with each other.
