Description// 

Come join us to witness an exciting collaboration between a group of talented NZ artists who have created their works on a unique canvas – macrocarpa skateboards.

These skateboard wall hangings are extra special. Manufactured by Paper Rain in Mount Maunganui using macrocarpa timber sourced from a small planting in Marlborough. We cut, sand and engrave these for the artists who take them and create their magic. The end result is a unique, one-off piece of artwork.
Featuring some epic artists New Zealand artists.
Hosted by our friends The Collaboration store – 83 Devon Street East, New Plymouth.
Drinks & nibbles provided.
We can’t wait to meet some of our loyal Paper Rain fans and share the amazing work of some of our favourite NZ artists

The Aspiring Artists Program empowers young artists U18 to participate in an exhibition alongside emerging and established artists. A program which springboards Aspiring artists into new creative opportunities and a pathway to establishing their own creative voice.

Seeking new sponsorship for  2024 to allow accessible exhibition opportunities for our artists. We aim to keep our exhibitions as accessible as possible for our artists.
