Our physical space is taking a pause while we reconfigure
After eight years of bringing together artists, makers, designers and our community in Ngāmotu, the end of our lease has brought our time at Devon Street East to a close.
But The Collaboration continues.
Our online store remains open, and we are continuing to support our collaborators and connect you with art, design, gifts and products from creatives across Taranaki and Aotearoa.
As we work through this transition, our website and online collections will continue to be updated. With stock now held across multiple locations, some products may take a little longer to appear online and some orders may require additional time for us to coordinate.
Please bear with us as we move through this phase. We want to ensure your experience with The Collaboration continues to be valued and supported.
If you have a question, are looking for something in particular, or have seen a special piece or product from one of our collaborators that you can’t currently find online, please reach out. We’re still here and happy to help connect you with the work you’re looking for.
You can also continue to use existing valid The Collaboration vouchers when shopping with us online. Please contact us if you need any assistance using yours.
Most importantly, we’re still here to share the stories of our collaborators, celebrate their creative journeys, and connect their work with you.

The Collaboration has grown into an established creative brand and community, bringing together artists, makers and designers from Taranaki and across Aotearoa through retail, exhibitions, events and online sales.
While our physical space is currently taking a pause following the end of our lease, the business continues online and we remain committed to supporting our collaborators, customers and creative community throughout this transition.
We would love to see The Collaboration continue to evolve under someone who sees the opportunity in what has been created and can bring their own energy and ideas to its future.
