Undersized is a curated exhibition celebrating small-scale artworks that carry depth, precision, and presence. Bringing together artists from across Aotearoa, this collection invites viewers to slow down, look closely, and reconsider how impact is experienced.
Working within a smaller format challenges artists to refine composition, elevate detail, and distil their ideas. The result is an exhibition rich in nuance — from intricate studies to bold miniature statements — where intimacy becomes the strength.
Undersized proves that scale does not determine significance. Sometimes, the smallest works hold the most powerful stories.
