Damp skin method – coconut oil
Apply a thin layer of Live Probiotic Coconut Oil to damp skin (eg after showering). This adds Lactobacillus to support the skin’s microbiome & healthy skin pH. Applying to damp skin helps the oil adhere to the skin & locks in moisture, while reducing oiliness. Avoid face area if prone to breakouts.

For best results combine with Hydrating Cream
Apply a thin layer of Hydrating Cream after applying Probiotic Coconut Oil. Ideally wait 5-15 minutes in-between (to protect the live probiotics). The Hydrating Cream provides extra barrier protection & reduces oiliness.
