Lime and Mint Sauce

Description

The freshness of the Mint combined with a little sharpness from the Lime makes this a delicious sauce.  Pour lavishly over lamb, use as a zesty glaze on red meats or mix with sour cream for a divine dip. Fabulous splashed on any salad for an added citrus flavour.
